He is an international recognized clean energy and semiconductor industry leader. He was the CEO, president, chairman of China, Hongkong and NASDAQ of wall street listed companies. He was venture capital companies Partner, Managing Director. He has participated and led many successful large-scale projects(multi-$B) to form, restructure, and/or M&A of new technology companies.
  • At present, Dr. Fang is a strategic advisor and partner of silicon valley venture Walden International. His interests include: renewable energy industry supply chain, Solar cell (HJT, Topcon), panel  and Invertor;EV supply chain, include power battery, control system.
  • He has been worked as senior technology management in Silicon valley high-tech companies of AMD, Applied Materials for more than 12years.
  • He had been the president of Shanghai HuaHong-NEC.CEO of JA Solar; CEO of GCL international.
